CONCORD, NH — Weather forecasters say more showers and thunderstorms are coming to New Hampshire this week.
After a band of T-storms with a tornado watch on Sunday night, in which the worst damage appears to be a house that was struck in Manchester and about 2,000 power outages across the state, more bands of storms are expected on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Forecasters said storms will return Monday afternoon with a westerly wind of about 10 mph. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s and low 80s. More rain is expected during the evening and overnight hours, with lows in the 60s.
On Tuesday, there will be sunny skies with highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-60s.
Showers and thunderstorms return on Wednesday, probably in the afternoon, with temps in the upper 80s. More rain is likely during the evening with temps in the mid-60s.
After morning showers on Thursday, the sun reappears, with temperatures expected to reach the low 80s. Overnight lows will drop down to the lower 50s.
Similar weather is expected on Friday and Saturday, with showers returning Saturday evening and running through Sunday.
