ATLANTA, Ill. (WCIA) — A man from rural Atlanta, Ill. was killed on Monday in a farming accident on his property.
Logan County Coroner Donald Peasley confirmed that the man was run over by a tractor and was subsequently pronounced dead. He could not release any further information, including the farmer’s name.
The death remains under investigation by Peasley’s office and the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
WCIA reached out to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office for more information and has not heard back yet.
