IRON COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A new fire has kicked up in Iron County, according to Utah Fire Info.
The “Third Canyon Fire” ignited Friday night, July 26, in a remote part of Iron County, southwest of Minersville, fire officials said.
The fire is estimated at 400 acres at this time.
It is currently burning in brush and grass. Air resources are reportedly working to lay fire retardant to stop the spread.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
